Returns & Refunds

Eligible return or refund requests must be submitted within 180 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning an item, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition unless they arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing or colors selected by the customer, or other ordering mistakes. Please review the product details and size chart carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost orders should be reported as soon as possible—ideally within 7 days. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video when applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise confirmed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
